Job Description:
Coordinator between the Men’s Design and Production Departments.
Work directly with Designers, Merchandisers, and production people. 
Be responsible for product standards in terms of Fit and Quality. Insure consistency across all product types.

Supervise all technical pack information with regards to fit specifications, trims, labeling etc. for production purposes.

Verify prototype, salesman, pre-production and shipping samples.

The Candidate:
Min. 5 years experience in Importation of Men’s garments.
Thorough knowledge of Men’s garment specs.
Understanding of grade rules and able to interpret design ideas into reality.
Communicate clearly and succinctly to suppliers and co-workers
Detail orientated, computer proficient, Word, Excel, some knowledge of photo shop, and Illustrator beneficial.

A leader who is capable to work within a high speed environment
Strictly adhere to the pressure of deadlines.

Position:  PD202 - Production Coordinator
Job Description :
Point Zero is looking for an experienced Production Officer to join our Production Team.

Job Summary:
- Work closely with Merchandising, Traffic/Logistics, and Accounting Departments to ensure on time delivery and invoicing of all product
- Create, maintain and update various Purchase Orders and reports essential to the production process
- Daily communication with oversea’s vendors to monitor WIP, Export dates and ETA of PO’s to ensure on time delivery for bulk production

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform purchase order maintenance in Momentis System
- Monitor and maintain order matching between PO and customer sales orders.
- Work closely with Traffic/Logistics Departments to resolve PO issues and ensure accuracy of data in system.
- Process and maintain Vendor Chargeback’s
- Manage all communications with assigned vendors/categories from order placement to product receipt
- Ensure that production PO’s are received, closed, or updated as required
- Assist with various other responsibilities as needed
- Assist and work closely with the Production Manager

Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in the apparel/garment industry required
- Experience working with overseas factories, agents and manufacturers.
- Understanding of the production process and lead-times
- Excellent communication and organizational skills is a must
- Must be organized and have the ability and drive to multi-task in a fast paced,demanding environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize is a must
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) is required
- Experience working with Momentis System software is a plus
- Speak and Write - English / French, bilingual an asset

Position:  RS305 - Inventory Control Analyst

Description: To properly maintain inventory records, and verify that procedures are followed in order to make sure that the system has accurate inventory levels. Duties should include:
Inventory Follow Up
A. Following up on transfer between stores and DC – Make sure that stores have confirmed all transfers they receive from the DC by no later than 1 week from reception.
B. Process all recalls – Send out recall instructions to the stores at the end of the season. Make sure that all goods have been properly received back into the DC.
C. Process all Return to Vendors – Process all end of seasons returns of licensee products to the suppliers

Inter Store Transfers
D. Inter-store transfers – Send out transfer requests to the stores, along with shipping instructions. Follow up to verify that the stores have done the transfers by their deadline.

Seasonal Allocations
E. Create bulk orders – Create bulk orders for the DC at the beginning of the season.
F. Create allocations – Create allocations (booking orders) by store based on allocations budgets.
G. Follow up on booking orders – Verify that allocations have been picked and that old pick-slips have been cleared.

Replenishment
H. Replenishments – Execute weekly replenishments based on existing templates
I. Follow up on replenishments - Verify that allocations have been picked and that old pick-slips have been cleared.

AR
J. Create min/ max levels in the system for all AR styles and fashion styles
K. Confirm AR allocations - Execute weekly AR based on existing templates

Size Analysis
L. Analyse sales by size and determine the optimal size breakdown (or pre-pack) required
M. Analyse sales by size by store to determine the optimal pre-pack required
N. Create buying grids

Physical Inventory
O. Organize counts for physical inventories.
P. Analyse results from physical inventory – Print reports from Raymark that shows the variance of the physical count to the book value.

Markdowns
Q. Data enter hard markdowns in the system

Requirements:
