To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

CHEST

Measure around the fullest part of your chest placing the tape under your arms.

SLEEVE

Measure from the centre of the collar to the tip of the shoulder and to the end of the sleeve resting arm at 90 degree angle on your hip.
