Point Zero is hiring a Marketing Graphic Designer at Montreal Head Office, on Chabanel O.
As we continue to expand internationally at rapid speeds, we are seeking a passionate and determined individual to join us on this exciting journey.
As an integral part of the marketing team, the Graphic Designer will support the start-to-finish graphic needs of the brand. This position will help define and build an authentic visual identity that is consistent across all channels, including digital and print. By creating unique and on-brand assets for both internal and external use, this position will be instrumental in helping shape and support the brand’s aesthetic.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following
Work alongside with the Director and Marketing Team to define and create graphic designs consistent with the company aesthetic and creative direction.
Maintain and develop graphic guidelines and brand templates for the company and subcontractors.
Design graphic content for social media, website, newsletters, advertising, print and trim development.
Retouching/ Recoloring/ Resizing images
Prepare Seasonal linesheets.
Create internal and external presentations of projects and strategy.
Participate in preparation of seasonal photoshoots and source creative talent (photographers, influencers, illustrators) for brand collaborations.
Manage the post-production and the subcontractors results and be able to edit all the images accordingly using the proper programs.
Work with print vendors in gathering quotes and coordinating production.
3+ years experience in Graphic Design in Fashion is required.
Bachelors of Fine Art Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Computer experience: Mac platform with extensive knowledge in the adobe Creative Suite, notably InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Excellent understanding of fashion, the luxury market, e-commerce and retail environment.
Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English.
Keen knowledge of print design, typography and colour theory principles.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidently to all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated creative and strategic thinker with incredible attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and multitask within design calendar deadlines and deliverables.
